Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 30, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use Ploa, including people with disabilities. We build ploa.dev and the dashboard to meet the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which follows the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at level AA, as the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013 require.
What we've done
- Every page sets its language and direction: English left to right, Hebrew right to left, with English words inside Hebrew text marked so screen readers read them in order.
- The site and the dashboard are built to work with a keyboard, with a visible focus ring, and the site's pages start with a "Skip to content" link.
- Pages use headings, landmarks and lists, so screen readers can move through them; buttons, fields and icons have names in both languages.
- Text and controls are drawn from one set of colors chosen for contrast, and pages can be zoomed to 200% and read on a phone without scrolling sideways.
- When your device asks for reduced motion, animations stop: the site's terminals show all their lines at once and its illustrations hold still. Nothing flashes, and no sound plays.
- Animations and decorative drawings are hidden from screen readers; what they show is also said in words.
- You sign in with a passkey, using your device's own accessible sign-in (Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello or a PIN), or with a code sent by email.
Known limitations
- The site's terminals show their lines one after another; a screen reader hears each line as it appears, and the "Play again" button runs them again. With reduced motion they're all there at once.
- Some parts of the dashboard, such as the sales charts and arranging screenshots in the screenshot studio, may not yet fully meet the standard. We're reviewing them.
- Content from the App Store and Google Play, such as your apps' screenshots and store reviews, is shown as the stores provide it.
- The site hasn't yet been reviewed by a certified accessibility expert.
Reporting a problem or asking for an adjustment
If something on Ploa isn't accessible to you, or you need it in another way, tell us and we'll help you and fix it:
- Email: accessibility@ploa.dev
- Or: support@ploa.dev
Please say which page, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and assistive technology you use. We answer within 5 business days. While a fix is on its way, we'll help you get the same thing done another way.
How the service is provided
Ploa is provided online only, through the website, the dashboard, the CLI and email; there's no place where it's provided in person.
