Refund Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record, so refunds are paid by Paddle, back to the card or account you paid with. Paid plans open soon; this policy applies to every payment from then on.
1. 14 days to change your mind
If a paid plan isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of its first payment and we'll refund that payment in full, monthly or yearly, no questions asked. This covers the plan's price; extra apps you've already used aren't refunded, except as in sections 3 and 4.
2. Cancelling
You can cancel a plan at any time, from the dashboard or by writing to us. It doesn't renew, and it stays active until the end of the period you've paid for; the workspace then moves to the free plan, and nothing in it is deleted. After the first 14 days, renewals and partly used periods aren't refunded, except as below.
3. If you're a consumer in Israel
If you buy as a consumer, Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, gives you rights that this policy adds to and never limits. In particular, you may cancel a plan, as an ongoing transaction, at any time: charges stop within 3 business days of your notice, and for a yearly plan we refund the part of the year you haven't used. You may also cancel within 14 days of buying, and we refund in full without the cancellation fee the law allows.
4. When it's on us
- If Ploa is unavailable for a long stretch, or a feature your plan was sold with stops working because of us, write to us: we'll refund the affected time.
- If we close your account without a breach on your part, or stop offering a plan you prepaid, we refund the unused part.
- If you were charged twice or by mistake, we refund the extra charge in full.
We may refuse a refund for an account closed for a serious breach of our Terms of Use, as far as the law allows.
5. Moving between plans
Moving to a bigger plan takes effect at once, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal, and its app count applies from then.
6. How to ask
Write to support@ploa.dev from your account's email address, with the workspace's name and, if you have it, the receipt's number. You can also ask Paddle directly at paddle.net, or through the link in your receipt. We answer within 2 business days. Once a refund is approved, Paddle sends it within a few days; your bank may take up to 10 business days to show it. Taxes you paid are refunded with it.
If something went wrong with a charge, please write to us before disputing it with your bank: it's faster, and a dispute may pause the workspace while it's open.
