Terms of Use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Yehonatan Krispil, an Israeli sole trader trading as Jstudio ("Ploa", "we"), for using ploa.dev, the dashboard, the ploa CLI and its MCP server (together, "the service"). By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Ploa for a company, you agree for it, and confirm you may.
1. The service
Ploa takes apps to the App Store and Google Play: it checks a project, builds and signs it, uploads it, manages its store page and its releases, and shows what the stores report, through the dashboard, the CLI and AI agents that use its MCP server. We improve Ploa all the time, so features may change. If we remove one that a paid plan relies on, we'll tell you first.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement.
- Each account belongs to one workspace. Its owners invite and remove members and are responsible for what happens in it.
- Keep your passkeys, devices, recovery codes and API tokens safe. What's done with them counts as done by you. Tell us at once if you suspect misuse: support@ploa.dev.
- Give us an email address you read: that's where sign-in codes, approval requests and notices go.
3. Your store accounts
When you connect an App Store Connect key, a Google Play service account, a signing key or a certificate, you authorize Ploa to use it on your behalf for what you or your agents ask, and you confirm you're allowed to. Your apps, your developer accounts and your relationship with Apple and Google stay yours: you're responsible for following the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, the App Store Review Guidelines, the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and its policies, and for what your apps and store pages say. Ploa isn't affiliated with Apple or Google, and their decisions (reviews, rejections, removals, account actions) aren't ours to make or reverse.
4. AI agents and approvals
An agent you give a Ploa token to acts within that token's tier, and you're responsible for what it does. Submitting to App Review, releasing to production and other steps that can't be undone wait for your approval (or a member's) in the dashboard, unless you make an agent autonomous. Making an agent autonomous is your choice and at your risk: it then carries out those steps without asking, and everything it does is still recorded under its name. Review what an agent drafts before you publish it. Ploa has no AI of its own and doesn't control your agent or its provider.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Ploa to:
- break the law, or the stores' rules;
- ship malware, or apps that deceive or harm people, or that infringe someone else's rights;
- use store accounts, keys or apps you aren't allowed to;
- get around its approvals, tiers, limits or security, or reach other workspaces' data;
- overload it, scrape it, or resell it without our written agreement.
We may suspend an account or workspace that does, or that puts the service or others at risk. Unless the risk is urgent, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
6. Your content
Your apps, code, store page text, images and data stay yours. You give us the right to store, process and send them only as needed to run the service for you, including to the stores you connect. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload or have Ploa publish. Our privacy policy says how we handle personal data: Privacy Policy.
7. Ploa's own
Ploa, its code, design, name and the jellyfish are ours. These terms give you the right to use the service, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it freely.
8. Plans, prices and payment
- Ploa has a free plan and paid plans, listed on our pricing. A plan's limits (apps, members, features) apply to its workspace. Builds on your own Mac or your own GitHub Actions are never counted or charged.
- On a paid plan, apps past the plan's count are charged at the prices on our pricing: with the next monthly payment, or at the end of the month on a yearly plan.
- Paid plans are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), our reseller and merchant of record, which handles the payment, invoices, sales taxes and refunds. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the purchase.
- A paid plan renews automatically each month or year until it's cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and it then ends at the end of the period already paid.
- Prices are in US dollars. Where prices usually include VAT or GST (such as the EU, the UK and Australia), the price shown includes it; elsewhere (such as the US and Canada), sales tax is added at checkout. Paddle works out the tax from where you are. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before a price change applies to your plan, and you can cancel before it does.
- Refunds: see our Refund Policy.
- If a payment fails, we'll tell you. If it isn't fixed within 14 days, the workspace may move to the free plan; nothing in it is deleted for that reason.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep Ploa running and secure, but it may be unavailable at times, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, including the stores' own APIs and outages. We don't promise a particular uptime unless a separate written agreement says so. Support: support@ploa.dev.
10. Disclaimer
Ploa is provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties that aren't written here, including that the service fits a particular purpose, is free of errors, or that any app will be accepted, approved, ranked or kept by a store. Preflight, privacy hints and every other check help you; they don't guarantee a store's decision.
11. Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, neither side is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising from these terms or the service is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You'll defend and compensate us against third-party claims that arise from your apps, your content, or your use of the service in breach of these terms or the law, including the stores' rules.
13. Ending
You can stop using Ploa at any time, and ask us to delete your workspace at support@ploa.dev. We may end these terms or close an account for a serious or repeated breach, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason, refunding any prepaid period we cut short. A workspace that's deleted is kept for 30 days in case it was a mistake, then purged; ask us for an export before then if you want one. Sections 6, 7 and 10 to 15 survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here with its date and, for a change that matters, email account owners at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using Ploa after that means you accept it; if you don't, you can stop and cancel your plan.
15. Law and courts
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without its rules on conflict of laws. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use Ploa as a consumer, you keep any rights the law where you live gives you and that an agreement can't take away.
16. General
These terms, the privacy policy and the refund policy are the whole agreement between us about the service. If a part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a right isn't giving it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with the service. Notices to you go to your account's email; notices to us go to support@ploa.dev. If the English and Hebrew versions differ, the English version prevails.
